A member of the Harvard University staff since 2011, I provide human resources consulting to the Arnold Arboretum and Memorial Church. I am responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, and labor relations.
My background includes both nonprofit and private sector work. My passion is education. Most recently, I worked for a management consulting firm focused on improving public school districts. In addition, my education experience includes serving as an Education Pioneers Fellow, where I worked for the Boston Public School District. I also served as Human Resources Manager at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School.
A native of Boston, I am a huge Boston sports fan with a special fondness for the Patriots and Celtics. I love to travel and am always looking for recommendations for new places to visit. While my botany background is limited to studying Biology of Trees and Forests as an undergraduate student, I am appreciative each day of the beautiful environment I get to be part of at the Arboretum and the Cambridge campus.
