As a faculty assistant to Professors Ned Friedman, Robin Hopkins, and Elizabeth Wolkovich, my role is to navigate the administrative landscape allowing their research and teaching activities to progress unhampered. As a staff member of the Department of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology since March 2014, I am fortunate to be a part of the Harvard community and particularly enjoy working at the Arnold Arboretum.
In 2011, I left a career in public education and discovered I could parlay the clerical and administrative experience I gained while working my way through college into a new career in higher education. My prior experience in higher education includes temporary placement at a number of Boston area universities while I pursued my Master’s degree.
